ABOUT THE ARTIST

I’m an abstract artist, painter and storyteller based in Manchester. My work explores the space between structure and chaos, where instinct meets intention and colour and texture come alive.
Story is at the heart of everything I create. My paintings often begin with an image I’ve captured, a fragment of narrative, a feeling, or a moment, which then unfolds through layers of colour, texture, and form.
I move between abstraction and the figurative, with a deep love for painting the female form: a subject that speaks to strength, vulnerability and timeless beauty.
Alongside my paintings, I also create hand-painted vases that tell their own stories. These characterful pieces are an extension of my practice, a playful, tactile way to explore identity and connection.
My work is intuitive, emotional and always evolving. Whether on canvas or sculpture, I make with honesty and curiosity — embracing the unpredictable, the imperfect and the beautifully human.
WHAT INSPIRES ME
Stories, images, and emotion inspire my work. From the raw beauty of the human form to the layered textures of the world around me. I’m drawn to contrasts: structure and spontaneity, softness and strength.
SHOWS & EVENTS
I’ve poured a lot of time and love into creating my studio, a space that feels just right. It’s the perfect setting for art to be shared, explored, and celebrated. More than just a workspace, it’s becoming a creative hub: a place for connection, expression, and community.
So far, I’ve hosted intimate studio open nights to showcase my paintings, along with playful ‘Sip & Paint’ events where the guests created their own nudey vases with my guidance (these will soon be available to book!). On International Women’s Day, I hosted a breath & art workshop, a beautiful morning focused on empowerment, presence, and creativity.
My events are welcoming and inclusive, designed for all levels of experience and all kinds of people. Whether you’re a seasoned artist or a curious beginner, you’ll find space here to play, explore and express yourself freely.
